How can you return a product?Updated a year ago
1) Please email us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your full name
- The order number of your order.
- Optional: fill out the Form for Withdrawal and attach it to your email (download here).
Upon receipt of this e-mail, we will send you a bpost return label by e-mail as soon as possible. You can download and print this return label. Then stick the return label on the box in which you are returning the item. If possible, use the original packaging. If you use the original packaging, make sure to stick the return ticket over the original shipping label.
2) Take the parcel and the return label to your nearest post office, post point or Kariboo!-spot. The bpost staff will be happy to help you.
Important:
- We need to receive the returned product within 30 working days after you have received the return ticket from us.
- The refund will be made as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 working days after receipt of the return, provided that all conditions as described below are strictly met.
