How can I cancel or modify a confirmed order?

It’s not possible to cancel or modify an order that has already been confirmed via email. We will start preparing your vitamins as soon as possible. Please note: cancelling an existing subscription cancels all future orders, but not your last confirm

What are the payment methods for purchasing Insentials products?

We support most online payment methods. However, for the subscription, we only accept payments by credit cards and via SEPA direct debit to your bank account.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It usually takes 3 to 4 working days.

I’ve lost my gift card. What should I do now?

You have two options:. •    Contact us (by email or phone) and tell us who you got the gift voucher from. •    Contact the person from whom you received the voucher. He or she will have received an email with the code.

Can I also give Insentials vitamins as a gift?

Of course, it's a super idea. Giving health is the best thing you can give. Choose the value of your gift voucher online.

My apothecary jar is broken. Can I buy a new one?

Yes, you can buy it in our shop for €9.50

When do I get a free apothecary jar with my order?

When you take a subscription. Or when you fill in the Face Scan on our website and switch to a subscription.
